Professional Coaching
Welcome. I'm a trauma-informed coach and mindfulness teacher. I help people work with and come into real relationship with the reality that is unfolding in front of them. The source of suffering is almost always a result of being out of relationship with the conditions and people around us. Whether it is a life transition, the stress of a job, something people want less or more of, I use my long relationship with and training in mindfulness and compassionate inquiry to help people come to know and accept themselves as they are in ways that are empowering, fulfilling and fuel larger questions about what they're here to contribute to the world.

Our inner world creates our outer world
As a former corporate executive and small business owner my adult life was driven with outsized ambition. As a result, my outer world manifested stress, anxiety, burnout, high-blood pressure, and a deep seated belief I was never enough ...or doing enough. I had abandoned several aspects of myself.
Living a life in question
My experience has been that with higher quality questions, and living without the false certainty of answers, more possibilities appear. The effort to rest in the unknown has brought an ease, a wonder and a sense of spaciousness to my life endeavors and ambition.
My wide-range of lived experiences across corporate, personal and self-discovery experiences, accompanied by training in mindfulness coaching, mindfulness-based stress reduction, transformational coaching, Reiki certification, and internal family systems have prepared me to be of service to you in a transformational coaching capacity.
